To ensure an enjoyable and safe stay for all guests—and to protect the natural environment—please review the following rules and guidelines before your visit. By booking a dome, you agree to abide by all policies listed below.
Check-In & Check-Out
Our geodomes feature a contactless check-in process. A unique 4-digit deadbolt code will be provided prior to your arrival, allowing for a seamless and private check-in experience.

Quiet hours are from 11 PM - 7 AM. To maintain a peaceful, nature-forward environment, please keep music, conversations, and outdoor activity low during this time.
Power Use & Limitations
Each dome includes a rechargeable power station, fully charged on arrival and equipped with a solar panel for recharging.

Improper use may overload the system and result in a temporary loss of power. A backup generator is available during extended periods of low sunlight or if the power station is depleted.
To help preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the domes, we encourage guests to use power conservatively. Generator use should be considered a last resort and will incur an additional charge.

- Maximum 4 guests per dome
- Registered guests only — no unapproved visitors after 10 PM
- Children must be supervised at all times
Pets
- Pets are welcome
- Must remain leashed outdoors at all times
- May be left inside the dome only if calm, safe, and non-destructive
- Guests must clean up after their pets
- Owners are responsible for any pet-related damage or disturbances

- Firewood available for purchase at the park office
- Outside firewood is not permitted (to prevent pest transfer)
- All municipal/provincial fire bans must be followed
- Never leave a fire unattended
Cooking & Food Storage
- All cooking must be done outdoors using the provided BBQ
- No open flames, cooktops, or stoves allowed inside the dome
- Store food securely to avoid attracting wildlife
- Dispose of garbage in designated bins only
Water
- Domes do not have running water
- A 5-gallon potable water jug with easy-use dispensing pump is provided for basic washing needs
- Water is potable, but we recommend bringing your own drinking water
- Potable water refill stations are located at both the park office and the shower house
Greywater Disposal
Each dome includes a greywater holding tank for collecting wastewater from washing.
- Park staff will empty the tank after your departure
- If the tank becomes full during your stay, please notify park staff, and someone will assist in emptying it
- Greywater is disposed of responsibly at the shower house transfer facility
- Guests must not dump waste water in the forest or on the ground

- Keep furnishings and linens in good condition
- Report any damages immediately
Additional cleaning or repair charges may apply if the dome is left excessively dirty or damaged.
Security Deposit
A refundable $250 security deposit is required at the time of booking. After checkout, the dome will be assessed for damage and excessive cleaning:
- If no issues are found, the full deposit is automatically refunded
- If costs are less than the deposit, the remaining balance will be refunded to you
- If costs exceed the deposit, the difference will be charged to the credit card on file (documentation available upon request)
Dome Etiquette
- Keep the door closed when not in use to maintain temperature and reduce insects
- Remove muddy or wet footwear before entering
- Do not move or drag heavy furnishings or equipment
Lighting at Night
- Use headlamps or flashlights when walking to shared facilities after dark
- Avoid excessive outdoor lighting to help maintain a peaceful, dark-sky environment
Sauna Use
- Shared sauna access is available to dome guests
- Please bring your own towel for sauna use
- Shower before entering when possible
- Do not pour anything other than water on sauna stones
- Use at your own risk
Parking & Access
- Each dome includes two parking spots
- Please park only in designated areas
- Use caution on access roads during winter or wet conditions
Smoking & Substances
- No smoking or vaping inside the domes
- Cannabis use must follow provincial regulations
- Alcohol is permitted at your site — please drink responsibly

- Refunds are not provided for discomfort caused by natural weather conditions

- Wildlife may be present in the area
- Do not feed wildlife
- Store food tightly and discard waste properly
- Keep pets leashed to avoid wildlife encounters
Safety
- Emergency contact information is posted inside each dome
- First aid kits available at the Park Office
- Do not climb, pull, or lean heavily on dome structures
- Supervise children around firepits and cooking areas
Security & Valuables
- Keep personal items secured inside your dome
- The park is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings

- Contact information for park staff will be clearly posted inside each dome for easy reference
- For emergencies, call 911
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are subject to:
- A $5 service fee (plus GST)
- Credit card processing fees, which are non-refundable
- 100% refund of accommodation fees and taxes (minus service + processing fees)
- 50% refund of accommodation fees and taxes (minus service + processing fees)
- No refunds available
